At the Trans Legal Clinic, we are organising for a brighter legal future for trans* and non-binary people everywhere. 

We value your lived experience and the unique expertise that you as an individual bring. Many of our volunteer roles are entry-level: all we ask is that you care about making a difference in the community that we serve.
 

We recognise that some communities are underrepresented within our organisation. We particularly encourage applications from trans* people of colour, trans femmes, and trans people with experience of seeking asylum and refuge. 

As part of our commitment to equity, we offer a Guaranteed Interview Scheme for trans* and/or disabled candidates who meet the essential criteria for the role.

However, we are always open to hearing from individuals from all walks of life with diverse work, educational, volunteer, and lived experience - maybe there is expertise you can provide for the Trans Legal Clinic that no one else can!
